Hi Eddy, We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We take food safety extremely seriously. Our restaurant is inspected by Toronto Public Health every six months, and we also have a professional pest control company conduct monthly inspections and preventative treatments. In over 10 years of operation, we have never encountered or received a report like this. We personally maintain very high hygiene standards, and food safety is extremely important to us—not only for our customers, but also because we eat the same food prepared in our kitchen ourselves. We genuinely do not know how this could have happened, and we have already begun a thorough internal investigation to determine the cause. We would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and investigate this matter properly.
