Dear Emily Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that your first experience with our Rest and Restore class didn't go as you had hoped, and we'd like to address your concerns. We completely understand the frustration of being new to the location, finding us for the first time isn't always straightforward. Our classes start on time, and we always recommend that new customers allow extra time to ensure they arrive comfortably. Rest and Restore Yoga is a deeply relaxing class that begins immediately with students lying down in a calm, meditative state. The opening minutes are an integral part of the experience and are not a casual warm-up period. Allowing entry once the class has begun would have disrupted the environment for all attendees who arrived on time and had already settled. You are correct that new customers deserve a proper welcome and introduction. Admitting late joiners does significantly interrupt the class, as it requires time to settle and an introduction from the teacher. On this occasion, we offered to speak with the teacher to see whether she could pause the class to allow you and your partner in. We were glad to make that offer, but it was declined and a refund was requested instead, which we processed promptly. We also want to address your comment about our staff member's demeanour. We're sorry if her expression or manner came across as unwelcoming, that is never our intention. We want to assure you that our policies apply equally to all customers, regardless of background or appearance, and the decision not to admit late arrivals is applied consistently to protect the experience of everyone in the class. Because we genuinely want you to experience what our classes have to offer, we would love to invite you and your partner to attend a future Rest and Restore session as our guests, completely complimentary. We sincerely hope you'll give us another chance to show you what we're about, and to enjoy the class from the beginning as it was intended. Hi Penny, thanks for the positive review. We're glad you enjoyed Aquanatal Yoga and we're sorry to hear you couldn't find space in another class. Unfortunately, we only have one Aquanatal Yoga instructor at present and she can only teach one evening. However, we are actively recruiting for another instructor.
