I had to eat with my coat on for the duration that we were in the restaurant while staff took turns about sitting on the radiator opposite our table. The staff never smiled once nor did they try to make our experience better when they could clearly see we were unhappy. The food on the whole was lovely with the exception of my curry. This dish I have at from this restaurant many many times and loved it. Today’s curry would have blown your mouth off! When I stated this to a member of staff their reply was “I know” even when I said it’s not normally this spicy she shrugged her shoulders as if “I don’t care” no offer to speak to the kitchen about or the offer of changing it… I am so disappointed to say the least as I have used this restaurant for 30 years never again.
