Need to clean up on there Hygiene,I ordered a special kebab for £15 By phone, told them to keep the salad separate and when I arrived to collect it I watched the man put all the salad in the tray, then he realised no salad in tray, So seen him scoop it all out with his fingers and put it all back were he took it from Then he wiped all the tray with a dirty dish cloth which they use to wipe all the surfaces with..Asked him why he did that his response was it was an accident..this type of behaviour makes people ill so please educate your staff on Hygiene before someone gets sick Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

So disappointed! … mainly in the service and management response. Ordered Fish and chips x 3 . Chips did not arrive so we contacted them by phone and were advised that they were going to send straight away . I didn’t have much confidence in this happening and was proved correct. Anyway to cut a frustrating tale short , the chips arrived after an unacceptable delay and when a refund was requested we were refused point blank and offered a replacement fish and chips ( presumably to go with the cold fish and late chips previously mentioned) After several years of using this place we will not be doing so again , all for the sake of poor customer service. Service: Takeaway

Been ordering from my little kitchen for a long while. Unfortunately after the meals we had tonight I will not be ordering from there again. The food was very bland almost tasteless. We have had many decent meals from there but if this is the future standard of the food I'll take my custom elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 3 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10
