Food was severely overpriced and very very mid. Our last day of our holiday We had fish and chips on the beach and chose this restaurant but when we walked in the women were rude and were definitely rushing us. We were told to stand by the window and out of confusion we stood inside and they rudely told us to go outside to wait in the sun with our 3 month old despite the restaurant being empty. The man who appeared after was pleasant enough but can’t believe the service was shocking and very overpriced wish we had chosen a different chip shop for our last day on the beach. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst fish & dried up reheated chips we've ever had. Had a takeaway and sat outside Gingeros to eat them but, the fish was disgusting and after 1 bite, went straight into the bin. We picked through the chips to graze on the edible ones! The fish stunk and we had to wash our hands 3 times to get the strong smell of fish off them. At almost £10 for a mini fish & chips, made it even worse. Shocking. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20

We have been using the Captain's Rendezvous for the past 3 three years whilst on holiday. Tonight's meal was as always, wonderful. We'll continue coming back.
