Its a great little Guyanese restaurant. Food is really good. We had the goat curry. Very tasty except for the amount of oil in the dish which needs to be removed before serving. Roti was delicious. Unfortunately they dont serve their chinese dishes at lunch, dissapointing. Service is wonderful. A great place for dinner or lunch... When i heard Guyanese roti i was so happy because i grew up eating it and i was taught to make roti the same way Guyanese make it and my roti is so good it's better than any roti I've bought outside which is sad the problem with this roti is that it seems like they stew the chicken and then add in curry patatoes and chick pea's thing is you cannot make roti i like that i mom was a head chef and i went to culinary school so maybe i am just great at making good food but the technique to roti is to season the meat and potatoes separately half bake the chicken while the seasoned curry potatoes are boiling then once the chicken is half cooked you cut it and throw it in the pan with its juices and let it boil down until it makes that thick delicious yummy ness thing is paying almost $40 for the size wasnt bad it was the quality the taste especially since I've had smaller better rotie once like 14 years ago some where in Scarborough so this is rather disappointing and i didn't say what seasonings exactly to put cause yall not gonna make money of my original recipe even if it came from a Guyanese person cause I'm not gonna get payed for it image someone not Guyanese, trini or lucian or not from another Caribbean island tasting this and them thinking this is what roti taste like is so sad if you doing this at home in your own kitchen its fine but actually calling this chicken roti and selling pure scam do better get a better recipe you might think that I'm being petty but i am just being honest and want better for you cause if your food was good i wouldn't even mind the price i would be there every other day especially when i don't want to cook but you are actually losing valuable business so take my advice or leave it but do better i am very serious about food if you haven't noticed and think that food is an art that everyone should be able to enjoy instead of just being for survival and even when you are eating for survival it should also taste so good it makes you dance it speaks to your soul and your chicken roti is the complete opposite of this it felt more like disappointment, anger and sadness so again do better also waiting almost an hour for that is just not right get better time management Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40

I came by this area to do laundry for my comforter and decided to stop by Caribu West Indian Restaurant for a drink while waiting — and wow, I think I found my new favourite spot! Shoutout to Sadia and Sabrina for the amazing service. The fry fish was absolutely delicious, and the music and vibes made the whole experience even better.
