It was my first time visiting, and I took my girlfriend here for her birthday. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special—they even decorated our cake with a little “Happy Birthday” message, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration even more memorable. The food was incredible, and everything came out super quickly without compromising on quality. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our visit. I couldn’t recommend this place more. If you’re looking for great food, outstanding service, and a team that really cares about making your experience special, this is definitely the place to go. We’ll definitely be coming back! Came here for my birthday and I am so happy I did. The food was delicious but the wonderful service from our waiter and other members of staff made the experience so much better. Cannot reccomend this spot enough. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £60–70

In May I came for a graduation meal which I was dissatisfied with the quality of meal. After contacting Carlotta, I was met with expectations that were exceeded as they looked to allow me to revisit the restaurant in response to my experience before which was not great. The staff at Carlotta ensured my next experience was well attended for, as I was welcomed with detailed explanations of the menu, the Chardonnay was lovely as it was my first time trying, and it was nice to see the map of Italy with details on the geography of the wines. From the appetisers to the sweet ending of a dessert - each item was well presented, and most importantly tasted great. My friend and I had a lovely time and we were sat in well volumed area of the restaurant so we can easily speak to eachother & a lovely photo spot. Thank you Valeria for the attentive service. Will come again - anyone looking to come, you will be looked after very well here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £100+
