There's one lady who works here and whenever she is working it is consistently amazing. When she isnt its hit and miss. But for the most part this is a decent go to burger. The fries always hit the spot. And im so glad they serve barqs root beer so I can get my fix once in a while :)

I’m sharing my experience from yesterday, and frankly, it was appalling." The busiest lunch hour had only two staff members working. It took about 20 minutes just to get my food after ordering—is this how a franchise restaurant should be run? To make matters worse, the ice machine was broken, so I had to drink a lukewarm, tasteless beverage. When I tried to line up again to order more food, a staff member kept telling me to "wait over to the side." I clearly stated I wanted to place an additional order, and they said okay but insisted I wait aside. After waiting for quite a while, I saw them taking orders from people who arrived way after me. When I asked why they weren't taking my order, their excuse was unbelievable: they said they thought I was "waiting for ice." What on earth does that even mean? They were the ones who told me to wait there in the first place! I understand that any store can make mistakes during rush hour, but this was on another level. It was extremely unpleasant, and I have no intention of ever returning. To top it all off, the smell of urine in the restroom before I left was overpowering. I seriously doubt they even bother cleaning the place. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
