I recently visited Carlton Bingo in Inverness, and I have to be honest — it was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue by far is the sound system. The speakers are terrible, making it almost impossible to hear the caller clearly. Even when you lean in or try to focus, the announcements are muffled and unclear. To make matters worse, the caller speaks at a lightning pace, rushing through numbers so quickly that it’s nearly impossible for anyone new to the game to keep up. For newcomers, this is extremely frustrating. You miss numbers, can’t follow the flow of the game, and end up feeling lost and stressed instead of enjoying yourself. Bingo should be fun and engaging, but with the current setup, it’s confusing and overwhelming. Even experienced players are likely to struggle if they can’t hear or follow the caller properly. The staff are friendly and the venue itself is fine, but these positives are completely overshadowed by the audio issues. It really feels like the management hasn’t considered how newcomers or even casual players experience the game. Investing in proper speakers and slowing down the pace of calling numbers would make a massive difference. Until these problems are addressed, I can’t recommend Carlton Bingo Inverness. If you’re new to bingo or expecting a clear, enjoyable game, you’ll likely leave feeling frustrated and disappointed — exactly what a night out should not feel like.

It was my 1st time at Carlton bingo Inverness with a friend and we both had mac n chips peas n garlic bread she said her mac was cold but after waiting 10/15 mins mine came but would say mac was warmish chips hot but as I was hungry I ate it all. I would suggest a cover over the food so it can stay a bit warmer longer for the customer . Cheers
