A bad and disappointed birthday lunch, rude staff not 1 smile all looked miserable, had to send food back that then came back burnt. I asked for table to be cleared and my request was dismissed!! I then cleared half the table where I was sitting and the manager/ boss?? Made no attempt to clear the rest, I would not recommend and will definitely never return, not a Thankyou or anything as I left. I gave it a 2/10 but tbh I really don’t know what the 2 was for?? Probably the glass of wine definitely NOT the service

What do I recommend about Ristorante Carola? The food (absolutely delicious), the staff (friendly, witty, attentive), the atmosphere (warm, fun). We had a lovely family 50th birthday lunch which everyone, including my 6-year-old grandson, thoroughly enjoyed. BRAVO!
