Casa Formosa is easily one of my favourite spots in Pacific Mall. The lady working there is always so kind and welcoming, and she always speaks Cantonese with me, which makes every visit feel extra personal. The food is absolutely delicious and reminds me of the street food I had in Taiwan. The portions are generous, the prices are great, and you get excellent value. My go to order is the chicken wings and fries with their signature chili powder and chili oil. They're seriously addictive. I've since moved out to Durham, but whenever I'm in the area, I make it a priority to stop by, say hi, and grab some food. It's one of those places that's always worth the trip. Ordered and paid for the crispy chicken, beef rice and milk tea. Sat in the table for 20mins and kept seeing they giving the freshly made crispy chicken to the customers just arrived and paid. When I came back to counter, they acted like they completely forgot about it and then literally handed over another freshly made crispy chicken to the girl just arrived and asked if she can instantly grab one. No matter what kind food they are serving, from now on, I am not coming back again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
