Będziesz doceniać świetny Latte, lemoniada z gorąca czekolada w to miejsce.

Personel mówią, że jest tutaj przyjemny. Jak wielu gości zauważa, usługa jest fantastyczny. Zapłać przystępny cenowo ceny za jedzenie w ta restauracja. Dobry Wystrój i fajny Atmosfera pozwalają klientom poczuć się tutaj zrelaksowanymi. Użytkownicy Google nadali wynik 4.4 dla Estero Lounge.

Looks a great place but unfortunately if you have an allergy or intolerance I wouldn't trust the staff to take it seriously. When ordering food the girl taking the order asked aboyt allergies she was told of a dairy intolerance. She queried but it's not an allergy? In my experience of ordering food with my intolerance it's always treated as an allergy and steps are taken to ensure the correct food is served and suitable to the needs. evidently not so in this establishment. The order was taken with assumption that notes were made on the order stating dairy intolerance. My order arrived a dressing had been put on the food, again assuming it was suitable as the intolerance was made aware of to the staff, I ate the food thinkingvit was a vegan dressing. Unfortunately not! Whilst driving the 40 miles home I became very ill and had to stop several times. It was hard to concentrate on driving with the cramping pains and cold sweats feeling like I was going to pass out. That's without the toilet stops that weren't always convenient without going into too much detail. Very disappointing in this day and age of deaths and numerous laws put in place to protect the consumer suffering from these allergies and intolerance. My custom and confidence has been lost with this establishment and I will not be visiting again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Dietary restrictions: No understanding of intolerances

Very good food, good service, BUT the policy to work with only booked tables and not to have a choice just to turn over and eat something with your children definitely it's going to put me AWAY. Just gone to next door Bar 125 and gone straight IN. DEFINITELY GOING TO AVOID ESTERO LOUNGE FROM NOW ON. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Hi llian, Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback, I'm sorry you had trouble getting a table with us...it was the first weekend of the Easter holidays so we were extremely busy. Roughly 70-80% of our tables are walk-ins there is absolutely no obligation too book. walk-ins are always welcome :-) we only advise booking if you are a larger party or during the holidays/busy periods to guarantee a table and avoid disappointment we hope that you'll try and visit us again soonTeam Estero
