We really appreciate your comments. The abuse our staff have received from you "any chance they could reduce the noise a tad" is totally unacceptable and has been reported to the police. We have monitored the music, had EHO monitor the levels unannounced and we have maintained it within the levels by law deemed as acceptable. The music for those events is always off and away by 9pm and the bass off, foam matts under speakers. The times that you complain are always on bank holidays and they are always completed by 7pm. We have done all we can to ensure that we are compliant to the license and that has been shown by the extension of the license and when complaints received being followed up, investigated and dealt with accordingly. We are a community pub, bringing everyone together and value everyone's opinions. We are sorry that you feel this way but we will attempt to do all we can going forward to ensure that we are causing the least amount of disruption to those that don't want to be part of that community spirit.
