Your group brought McDonald's into the venue and began eating it. At the end of your visit, after finishing the portion of chips you ordered from us, our staff was then asked to dispose of your discarded McDonald's wrappers.Outside Drinks: Our team had to approach your table multiple times to ask you to stop consuming outside drinks that had been brought into the venue and hidden under the table.The Drink Complaint: Regarding the drink you ordered from the bar, it was mixed strictly to specification. It sat on your table for 25 minutes before any complaint was raised, making it very difficult for us to address the issue on the spot.We always strive to deliver attentive service, but our staff also have a duty to uphold our house policies. However, on the specific day you are referring to, the team member leading the shift became very ill.What may have come across to you as "rude" or "unpleasant" was actually our staff member struggling with an unexpected illness. Because her health is a priority to us, and it was already very close to our scheduled closing time, we made the definitive decision to close the doors slightly early so she could go home.We apologize for the inconvenience this isolated emergency caused you, but we will always stand by decisions that prioritize the health and safety of our team.
