Awful customer service from the lady that was working there. I had a very upsetting experience at Cazba Persian Grill. When my food was brought to me, I noticed the worker dropped a piece of chicken had been dropped on the table and instead of discarding it, he put it back in my meal. This is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to food safety. We politely asked for a new meal, and the workers were understanding and agreed to make it right. Unfortunately, while we waited to pick up the replacement, the lady with blonde hair was incredibly rude. The man gave us a free complementary gift for the incident, which still did not make us happy, and not only did the lady take back the gift which was on the house without saying anything, which made us even more unhappier, but she also seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns. It’s really disappointing that a simple situation was handled so poorly. The man’s understanding and willingness to resolve the issue were appreciated, but the behaviour of the woman completely overshadowed that. I won’t be returning, and I hope the management can address these issues to improve both food quality and customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
