Jason, the chef at the chouchaching buffet restaurant went out of his way 2 weeks in a row to make me feel special my preparing peas so that I can enjoy my eating experience. Also I would like to add that Stephanie. Our server went out of her way to make sure our visit was. A spectacular event. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CA$20–30 Kid-friendliness: All the stuff in the buffet area, are friendly

On Saturday, June 27, my family of four and I dined at the couchiching court buffet. We have consistently praised the variety of options and the exceptional quality of the cuisine; however, our experience on Saturday did not meet our expectations. There is not a lot of selection. The freshness and flavor of the dishes were regrettably subpar. The salmon, typically a standout, had an unpleasant aftertaste, possibly due to the soy sauce or the fish itself. The vegetables lacked their usual freshness, and the mashed potatoes were not their usual flavorful and fluffy self. The breaded pollock was overcooked, and the ribs, although sauced perfectly, was overcooked and were dried out and tough. The roast beef was remarkably tough and very chewy, and the salad showed numerous brown spots. The pineapple was unpalatable, and the carrot cake was dry. Everyone at our table was disappointed with their meals. I informed the waitress of the unpleasant food, and she assured me that she would notify the chef. Before I left, I inquired whether the chef was aware of the food, and she confirmed that the chef was aware of my concerns. I was not pleased with the food, which was not worth $32.00 plus tax.
