Worst experience ever!! I rarely complain, even if the experience isn’t great, but in this case, our group left so unhappy that I have to say something. We found a spot quickly as the place was pretty empty for dinner. Our table ordered drinks and water to start. Not once did our server offer to refill the water or ask if anyone needed another drink the entire time. We ordered Nachos with an extra side of sour cream. When it arrived we found out that they put the sour cream and salsa on top of the nachos and not on the side. As a server, if someone asked for additional sour cream, I would at that point mention that it comes on top of the nachos.. we sucked it up though instead of sending it back (even though the chips were soggy because of the tomato like puree “salsa” all over it) because honestly we were just starving and it had taken a long time to get the food. The steak and fries that came out were cold and the Caesar salad still had the cores left in it. Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse meal at any restaurant. What was (almost) worse was that the staff absolutely did not care. We spoke to our server about it and nicely suggested she let people know about the salsa and sour cream on top and she just looked at us with a blank stare. We didn’t want our meal for free or even discounted, but just some kind of reaction would have been appreciated. I’ve heard good things about Ceili’s and honestly the food at other tables looked really good. It’s just too bad that our experience was so below expectations. Fish & Chips were great and so was the service. The place was dead when we went but probably during to it being stampede week and it was lunch time. I'll go back for sure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $20–30
