Grabbed coffee at Central Café last Saturday afternoon with a couple friends and it hit the spot after wandering around downtown Rimouski. The barista recommended their maple latte and honestly it was one of the best I've had, not too sweet and really smooth. We snagged the little table by the window and just sat there chatting for almost two hours without anyone rushing us. Definitely making this a regular weekend stop when I'm in the area.

Stopped in last Friday evening after a long drive and was pleasantly surprised by how cozy the place felt with the string lights still on over the patio. The barista talked me through their maple oat milk latte like she actually cared, and it ended up being one of the best coffees I've had on this whole trip through Quebec. Their almond croissant was warm, flaky, and clearly not from a freezer bag, which is rarer than it should be for a small town cafe. Seating filled up fast around 6pm but the staff kept things moving without ever feeling rushed, a nice touch for a spot this size.
