From ordering 2 regular pizzas at the table to finally getting the food it took over 70 minutes. Waiter staff friendly but way too understaffed as well as obviously the kitchen Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Seeing the same issues (still) all over Europapark F&B. Latest example was our dinner last night: 2 people, around 1800 at the welcome desk, waited 10 min to get seated got drinks within 10min, one of two was wrong and was corrected salad took another 50min Pizza was served only after escalating directly at the Pizza counter and took another 40min (1hr 40min in total). Nothing wrong with the food. Observations: - One of the waiters was bullying the others - No visible leadership, desperate staff unable to handle the Service - Waitress discussing with frustrated take away guests in the middle of the crowd loudly. Unprofessional. Kudos to the Bar and kitchen! You guys are the reason this Restaurant is not breaking down. @Management: - support your staff! - increase service staff, or train your staff (efficiency) - implement first in first out at the food counter - separate Takeaway from Restaurant in Pizza production Price per person: €20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
