The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The customer service was excellent, and I was very satisfied with my overall experience. A special mention to Aslam, who was incredibly polite, kind, and provided quick and efficient service. His professionalism really stood out. I highly recommend this place and truly appreciate all the hardworking team members in the kitchen for their great effort. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone! So much potential with the pub aesthetic if they’d changed up the decor, played some music but as of now it’s giving run down/about to close down. We Ordered appam, chicken curry and porotta. Porotta seemed fresh and chicken curry was good. The appam was at least a day old and reheated. I struggled to rip it apart to eat it. Prices are reasonable. Chai Link Resto Cafe is a gem in Luton! The food is absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors, and the ambience is cozy and welcoming. The staff are attentive and make you feel comfortable, and a special mention to the owner, Safar, for his wonderful and friendly dealing – he truly makes the experience even better. Great variety on the menu and excellent value for money. Definitely one of the best dining spots in town – highly recommended!”. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: £10–20
