Service us totally unacceptable. Waited a very long time for our lunch. Have had decent tasting meals prior to today, but with the 'no service' let alone bad, don't think we will be returning until there is an overhaul of staff and attitudes

So the new casino manager says to me last week that they no longer allow people to save seats or machines unless they are physically sitting in them. So what is this crap. All the decent chairs are ALL being saved. NO person is in them. So damn frustrating
