Seriously… for £7.99, this has to be a massive piss-take. I ordered the shish kebab as a takeaway and got home to open this. A broken pitta bread with what looks like five pieces of lamb thrown inside and a few onion pieces. Come on, Surbiton Chargrill Take Away — this is nowhere near what anyone would expect when ordering a shish kebab. More like a dog’s dinner than a proper takeaway. Very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10

I recently visited Surbiton Chargrill Takeaway and had their 1/4 pounder cheeseburger, which was really good. The burger was fresh, tasty, and cooked just right definitely hit the spot. What stood out just as much as the food was the staff. They were genuinely nice and friendly, making the whole experience even better. It’s always great to be welcomed with a smile. The shop itself was also clean and tidy, which is something I really appreciate when grabbing takeaway. Overall, a solid place for a quick bite I’d happily go back again.
