Fantastic bar, friendly staff and customer s. I felt at home straight away. The Boiler Room upstairs where the comedy club was held was intimate and the comedy acts were top class with a huge number of local acts. In recent years I've not had the opportunity to see a lot of comedians and it has usually been in theatres, but this is getting back to grassroots. I'd encourage people to get to a gig in Charlie's Bar. Price per person: £10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
