I was going to pop in and do some work with my laptop, but when I was looking at the raft of well-placed plug sockets an elderly lady from behind the counter shouted over and said "none of them work..." although their refrigerator was plugged into the very same sockets! I can't help thinking of the many plug sockets there, that she wasn't being honest, and that my face just didn't fit? I'm in a semi homeless situation after taking a moral stance to try and help an Afghan family flee the Taliban... the MP I confronted lied, and I was imprisoned for 8 months, which cost my cat his life, and my flat was robbed. So I've lost nearly everything for trying to do the right thing! I didn't need this, and again I can't see it being about anything else but this lady being awkward, perhaps because due to my situation I looked a tad disheveled? I'm happy for them to contact me... if there's a means of them doing this, I don't know if the review would be removed if I put my contact details on here? And I just noted the owner come back on another poor review and rather addressing the person's concerns and apologising... they seemed to almost treat this as a joke. So... perhaps something to learn?

I've been on holiday and visited the store frequently. I found it very nice, and the service was phenomenal. I've been there several times and all the staff were very friendly. Thank you so much, Team Chatica! I'll be back!
