I am feel really disappointed and disrespected by the tall big Asian worker. I think this guy is enjoying his power trip or something. I came in to try something new, there was the Peach Lemonnade Tea fresher the nice girl worker recommended. So I get it, she asks if I wanted tea with it? I'm guessing cause it's after dinner and I guess she's worried about the caffeine so late. I asked her if it taste better with or without tea. She says she likes it better without. So I get it without, 30% sugar and add crystal bobas and get another mango mania for my mom. The large asian guy makes the drinks I pick it up and sit down. Then I try it and it has zero flavor. Like no peach, no lemon, no flavor, just slight sweetness. I go up nicely, and say "sorry but could you add a a little tea. I think i made a mistake asking for no tea. It has zero flavor" The nice girl looked like she was about to help. But the Big Asian guy interrupts was like "No, we can't help you, that what your ordered" Then I explain nicely that I understood that, but I did get no tea on her recommendation. Is it possible to get a lil tea? Ps there was no rush, no line, no online ticket orders, the store was empty. They were just standing and waiting. Asian big guy was like "You only bought a $6 BBT, I can't do that" Then I'm got a little mad thinking Are we not customers? Does it matter how much you spend? What if a customer only had $6? Do they not deserve respect? Also financially, why would it matter how much my drink costs when the original recipe had tea in it. And on your employees recommendation i tried it without. Plus, I did also purchase a mango mania together. Then I go "Yo....you seriously can't just add $0.15 cents of tea that the ORIGINAL drink recipe had.....??? Your literally losing nothing." Asian big guy "No, I can add sugar" in a condescending tone. I am baffled at this point..... the entire time I was thinking if I was this businesses owner. I would be so mad at my employee... This large Asian guy behavior is very disrespectful and irrational. I don't know if he feels empowered by disregarding customers or he's been bullied as a kid or something. Or maybe I was interrupting him talking to that girl but he needs to be retrained on customer service. Chat time is my favorite BBT spot too, I guess I have to go/order to a different location farther from my home. Instead of this one....

I ordered a drink on Uber Eats and called to follow up with the store about no ice in the drink as I had order extra toppings, and he said we can’t do no ice. Now I understand that if you have to punch something in or whatever, or you’re worried about food cost of extra product that you would need to add instead of the ice but i specifically said please by all means put in only the normal amount of ingredients in even if the cup is less full i just really dont want ice please and the worker argued with me about it for quite a while and i said the drinks already been punched in and i am not asking for extra product to fill the cup more, you’re telling me you literally physically can not prevent yourself from putting ice in the cup under any circumstance? He doubled down and said not only was that correct but the location doesn’t have a manager or anyone higher up than him for me to speak to the next day or some other time about this issue going forward. Chat time - your are wayyyyyy to rigid with thrice ice crap. My teeth are sensitive I’m not trying to rip you off!!! Ridiculous behaviour and reasoning. Edit: after receiving my drink it was wrong anyway had no pearls in it even though as I said I called ahead and they were rock hard. I’m glad I paid $15 for this drink

Busy location. Standard chatime bubble tea deliciousness. Their sealing machine appeared to be having an issue so they had to take a part of the lid on every drink. That appeared to be slowing down their service. Other than that no complaints. Service: Takeaway
