The hash browns were soggy, the fried bread was only half cooked, the bacon saw the grill for about 20 seconds. The egg was so over cooked it was tough. The milkshake was some semi skimmed with a sprinkle of Nesquik. It took over an hour for delivery. You get a lot for your money but it is quantity and definitely not quality. Food: 2 Service: 3

I am 3 weeks from giving birth, heavily pregnant, sitting in the car with a 3-year-old and a 2-year-old while my partner went into Cherry Tree Sandwich Bar to get us two large and two small full English breakfasts. There were TWO customers inside when he arrived — so no excuse for chaos. Yet he still stood there for 35 minutes. No update, no apology, nothing. Just painfully slow, disorganised service. And to top it off, after all that waiting, one staff member casually announces to another that they “forgot to put the bacon on.” At that point my partner literally walked out. Didn’t even bother asking for a refund — that’s how fed up he was. When a place is so incompetent you’d rather lose your money than deal with them any longer, that says everything. Honestly, if you value your time, patience, or sanity, avoid this place. We left hungry, annoyed, and completely unimpressed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
