Close location to Garsington Opera We were a group who reserved three rooms.We stayed here last year at the same time as well due to its proximity to Garsington Opera. We were in Zebra Room which was tastefully decorated in black and white decor.The mattress was comfortable importantly for one night stay. Even though the temperatures were in mid twenties during our stay the room was extremely hot even though we had the window opened although it was restricted by its design.The small fan in the room was totally impractical. We were informed that only the rooms without open windows had air conditioning. It is probably not possible to install air-conditioning in such a building but it would be helpful to provide an air cooler such as a Dyson in the rooms as we cannot imagine what the room temperatures would be be in current heatwave The only other issue which annoyed one couple in our group was the broken toilet seat - it was weekday and being a safety issue it should have been dealt with as an emergency Service: 4

We were a party of slightly bedraggled cyclists who arrived longing for hot showers and comfortable beds. Neil was the host and he looked after us beautifully. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great, hot water was piping, beds very comfortable. And in the morning Neil fed us delicious breakfasts with barista quality coffee! Neil was exceptional and made our stay very good. Thank you.
