MY NEW FAVOURITE FOOD SPOT . The highlight was definitely the Korean Fried Chicken Bao . It’s a total flavor bomb! Beyond the food, the customer service was truly top-tier. The staff was genuinely warm and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They were quick with recommendations and ensured everything was perfect throughout the meal. Between the mouthwatering bao and the friendly, high-energy atmosphere, this place hits all the marks. I’ll definitely be back soon for another round! Food was presented well and very tasty. Can't fault the food. However, service is practically non-existent. 1st visit to Chi Street Food, so was unaware of protocol. We made ourselves known on arrival and got seated. Although both waitresses looked at us on several occasions, neither approached us. After 10minutes, we ventured to the food servery counter and were then rudely advised that we should have got our own menu and that you then return back to the counter to order and pay. A table next to us sought additional cutlery and serviettes and they were told to go round to an alcove and get them themselves. Shocking service to say the least. Such a shame, as previously mentioned, food was worth every penny Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
