Came in here for lunch and a drink, since my family and I have been coming here for years (Kitchener location) June 5th 2:45- 3:25 the server who was working, she didn't even dare to come to ask me if I wanted anything. Sat there for that long and she even looked at me a couple of times, not one time dare to ask if I wanted anything ??? Seriously that's a customer service I never expected from Chicago Pub & Billiards (Kitchener location). Usually there's someone by the door to sit us down, this whole time that I was there, not one single person stood there to welcome or sit people. This is ridiculous !! I ended up going somewhere else. This will be my last visit here and I'm sure my family won't be going back. This is beyond disgusting customer service from the server, I didn't even dare to ask for her name. If you check the cameras, you clearly see me sitting there for so long and even served the table in front of me. I hope she won't make the excuse of "oh, I didn't see him" because she looked at me a few times. Serving the table in front of me, she didn't see me ? (That group sitting on the table in front of me) Came way after I sat here. Shame on her, if you are too lazy to serve people, that's not the job for you. Simple as that! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello JP, I am truly sorry for the experience you had. There is no excuse for this and I do apologies. As you said you have been coming here for years and this is not our normal standard of service. I will not make any excuses because there are none. However since you have been a long time customer and all your other visits have been good, I would hope you would give us a chance to make it up to you. I've been going to Chicago's pub and billiards for years now and have always had excellent service. The food and atmosphere is absolutely exceptional. Laura and Michelle deliver excellent customer service. They always greet you with a friendly smile and are great at what they do. My overall experience at Chicago's has been great and I will keep returning to this business. :)
