Visited for the first time on a Saturday at 10:45 pm. Wanted 20 wings which they didn’t have - no reason provided. Ordered the chicken sandwich combo. We wanted to dine in but apparently no dine in even tho their open for the next 1.5 hours. Customer service and lack of dine in space even tho they were still open left a bad taste. Their excuse was they were cleaning early so I assume they were trying to close and go home early. Don’t think I’ll return - They don’t seem to care much about customer service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I went in today and ordered a chicken wrap and popcorn chicken. They said 15 minutes. I thought great since they are making it fresh it'll be worth the wait. Boy was I wrong. As soon as I got into my car with the food, I was hit by a rotten smell. I suspected the popcorn chicken and sure enough, although it was piping hot the chicken tasted RAW and rubbery and had an alarming sour smell. Being extremely disappointed, I was hoping to at least enjoy the wrap. Given the long wait I expected it to be hot or even warm. It tasted like it was sitting out for a while and had been reheated, based on how dry the texture was. I wish I took photos but as I hadn't left the lot yet I went right back in and got my refund. This is sad because it's not even the first time this kind of thing has happened. Last year, the Pickering location served us up some old rotten popcorn chicken which literally had a SOUR after taste. Honestly, ATP should get reported to public health. To have this much disregard and apathy for customer experience and food quality is appalling. I remember the days when they actually cared about quality and good service. I want to support local Muslim businesses and restaurants but the standard these days is embarrassing. Please chicken kitchen do better.
