If I could give this 0 stars, I would. The menu is completely wrong on JustEats, which is what we ordered through. We did not get what we ordered, which was the Family Bucket and the Chicks Combo Bucket. We ordered the exact same buckets before and got chicken strips, wings, burgers : the lot. However, this time, we only got the burgers and wings: no strips. We contacted JustEats and then Chicks directly. The worker who answered the phone was beyond unprofessional and even began to argue with us. We have been very loyal customers for years, but we are never ordering from this place again due to the clear lack of care for its customers. Would not recommend, which is such a shame, as it USED TO BE great. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Me and my family have been customers here for over a decade and never had an issue. Today I called regarding an issue with my order and the guy started raising his voice at me and talking to me in a rude tone. Won't be ordering here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
