Good telephone customer service. Driver delivery was rude and unfriendly. Tipped him £3 on top of the £57 order price. Very disappointing with drivers attitude. Finished using this company as tge driver is the face of the company...Bye bye

Ordered a half pound cheese burger only mayo and was served something uneatable as they put chilli sauce in it. Phoned up and got a couldn’t care less attitude. Waste of money for inedible food, terrible service. Never again. Thanks Chilli Masters Spalding. Update. After a few calls I did get a full refund which was delivered so have upgraded to 4 stars. Shouldn’t have happened but at least they did what they could to rectify the issue. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
