Honestly the food and service were quite decent. But I wonder what they took while deciding the prices. Apart from the outside prices being much lower before you get the menu inside (about 8£). So around 15£ per dish and it doesn't even come with rice? You need to order it separately for another 4 or so pounds. So without ordering rice you'd for example just get some chicken pieces and the sauce by itself.. for around 15£. Their profit margins must be through the roof. Any capital city Chinese restaurant is cheaper despite most definitely higher rent. Had a fantastic meal at the China Restaurant in Oban. The chicken wings were perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and nicely crispy. The mixed seafood dish was fresh, generous, and absolutely delicious. Great service, friendly staff, and a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back again!
