Was so looking forward to my Fish &chips this evening after working all day ! But what look lovely in the box which i must admit is nice being a take away and looked the business! . I work with food in retail and understand the pressures of supply,staff and costs but hey I was so the fish was very grey (cod) and well over cooked! understand these things happen but please perhaps train staff not to overcook i was unable to eat it . I am now having a bowl of cereal as too tired to go come back to complain!

The large fish is massive. 13 o 14 inches long 5 to 6 inches wide. Can probably feed a family lol. Tastes good too. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the second time I have been to Chip Stop since it has been under new ownership. I wasn't disappointed. Last time I had sausage and chips. Cooked fresh. This time I had a kebab and chips. It was delicious and enough for two portions. Great value for money. My mum loved the chips and she is so fussy. Thank you for my lovely dinner.
