what a bad place to even have open, how does it take over 2 hours to make 2 cookie doughs and have them delivered, after about 40 mins from when it was supposed to be delivered I rung up to see where my order was and was met by such rude customer service after spending money at this place, I was told it was only just leaving 1h 45 min later, still not arrived after 2 hours, when I asked why it’s taking so long I was told they are very busy which shouldn’t be the case don’t take orders if you can’t meet expectations of your customers and the times given to the customers and definitely don’t be rude when you get a call asking where my food is, disgusting will not be ordering from here again and would advice nobody else to, no pride in the shop or any thought for their customers Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Standard desert shop. Ordered pancake stack for grandson and was told it would be ten minutes. After half an hour and asking why it was taking somoong we were told it would only be five more minutes! No apology and a wait if forty minutes for some pancakes which were ok but nothing special. Other customers in the shop were also complaining, one of whom had been waiting over half an hour for a milkshake! Definitely won't be returning. Plenty of better desert shops in the area.
