We visited for the first time to celebrate a birthday! The service was great and the food was delicious! Birthday boy was craving a steak and it was cooked to perfection as was my Prime Rib. Our daughter had a burger and very much enjoyed it. The staff were very careful with making sure my daughter’s meal was gluten free and they had a few options for her, which was very nice. Unfortunately I can’t comment on the desert as we were all too full to enjoy the complimentary Birthday desert. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free options

10/10 Customer Service — Above & Beyond! We are in Edmonton on business and decided to stop in at Chop Steakhouse & Bar, and WOW — the level of customer service we received from Julie, the manager, is something we genuinely haven’t experienced in decades. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel completely welcomed, seen, and taken care of. Julie went above and beyond in every possible way — something that’s become rare these days. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail turned a simple dinner into a memorable experience. Her recommendations were spot-on — from the cocktails to the entrées, everything she suggested was absolutely fantastic. The food itself was phenomenal, but Julie is truly what elevated the entire night. Whether you’re planning a date night, meeting for a business dinner, or simply dining on your own, I highly recommend coming here and asking for Julie.
