Outstanding customer service! There was a slight issue with the soup machine during my visit, but Catherine handled it brilliantly. She kept me updated, made sure I was taken care of, and even brought the soup to my table in the food court once it was ready. Catherine was so sweet and went out of her way to make my day. Came here for lunch on a Friday a bite at 12:15pm and thankfully didn't have to wait too long. First time trying Chop Hop as I was always curiuous since there's one closer to my office along Yonge + Adelaide and is a crowd favourite for lunch. I ordered the Rasa and added tofu for protein and it came under $20. I could see why it was a crowd favorite as it was decently filling and tastey. Would recommend and come back. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
