I had a very disappointing experience with Chopstix. The food tasted like it had been defrosted and reheated — nothing felt fresh at all. The quality is far below what you would expect, especially for the prices being charged. What’s even more concerning is what I observed inside. As an employer myself, I pay close attention to hygiene and standards, and what I saw here was simply unacceptable. Cleanliness and food handling practices appeared poor, which is worrying for any customer. They display a 5-star hygiene rating, but based on what I saw, this does not feel realistic or reflective of the actual conditions. Overall, very low-quality food and questionable hygiene standards. I would not recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: £30–40
