Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re genuinely disappointed to hear that your visit didn’t meet your expectations. Firstly, we’d like to apologise for the wait you experienced. With the current hot weather, our kitchen team are having to take more frequent breaks to work safely, and combined with the pub being much busier than usual, this has unfortunately led to longer food wait times than we would normally expect. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We’re also sorry to hear that you found your food overcooked and dry, as this is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. We’ll be sharing your comments with our kitchen team so they can review what happened. Regarding the cheese, this is classed as an additional side item and is therefore charged accordingly. We appreciate this may have been frustrating, particularly for such a small request, and we’ll take your feedback on board. We’re sorry that your overall experience left you feeling disappointed, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide you with the standard of food and service we’re known for.
