Ordered on JustEat, they accepted the order and gave me a delivery time of 20:35 (basically an hour), Food didn’t arrive until just after 21:30 over 2 hours after ordering. Called the restaurant multiple times for updates throughout, how those phone calls went doesn’t really matter really because nothing really came of them and I don’t want to slate individuals publicly. I did however speak with the Owner/Manager not sure which, he was actually at home. I did receive an apology from the Owner/Manager and he was nice enough but after he told me it had just left the restaurant (9pm) it still didn’t arrive until over half an hour later, delivery driver wouldn’t have been aware of any apology already given and didn’t give one himself, just claimed he just delivered the orders. Just before it ended up arriving I did get in contact with JustEat to see what could be done and they weren’t interested even though at that point it still hadn’t arrived just short of 2 hours after ordering so basically restaurants can do as they wish and take as long as they want and as the customer you just have to accept it. Good job it did end up arriving in the end otherwise I’d have paid for nothing. I understand delays can occur but it’s just common courtesy and reasonable customer service to keep the customer updated especially when delivery timeframes can be adjusted through JustEat to reflect any delays. Overall just to poor, can’t really pass a true reflection on the food quality because by the time it did arrive the hunger had just passed so it wasn’t really enjoyed because of that. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 2 Service: 1

Shockingly shite. 2 small ribs 6 quid, pizza one of the worst ever no toppings or the lack of them!. Cheesecake? Couldn't tell how old it was so left it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
