Przepyszne jedzenie, genialne chlebki naan. Obsługa bardzo miła i zaangażowana. Byliśmy tu dwa razy i dwa razy wyszliśmy zachwyceni. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Save Your Money and Your Dignity – Eat Somewhere Else Unfortunately, we didn't read the reviews before coming to this restaurant. Looking back, we can see that several other customers have also mentioned abusive behaviour towards Indian customers, and sadly, our experience was no different. The chef used abusive language towards my family and made offensive comments about the Indian community. Instead of addressing the situation, the management failed to take responsibility. The food was equally disappointing. The naan was completely burnt, so hard it felt like chewing on a stone. The rest of the food lacked flavour and wasn't worth the price. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've ever had. We will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The experience my family and I had at Cilantro this evening was truly outstanding. Not only is the atmosphere pleasant in this intimate restaurant, with its pleasant, soft background music and absence of raucous crowds, the menu is exceptional with Indian dishes as diverse as is India. As an absolute bonus, the menu includes diverse Balti dishes which are absent from far too many Indian restaurant menus. If you’re not familiar with Balti preparations, you’re in for a treat if you order one of the Balti selections. But all the items we ordered, from the Balti to the Korma to one of the house specialties, were excellent; perfectly seasoned and the garlic naan was the perfect accompaniment. When we’re next in Edinburgh we’ll certainly return to and dine at Cilantro again. And since Cilantro is a small restaurant, you might do as we did and book ahead. We’d booked ahead for this evening and I’m glad we did. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20
