I’m really disappointed. I wait in the morning almost half an hour to get the fresh cinnamon for my kids in the car waiting for it and what I got is a old hard bad cinnamon from two or three days ago and I insist asking if it’s fresh, she told me yes it’s really bad

Jag 3 roku temu na Restaurant Guru

Giving one star is too much ! I had purchased a box of 9 bons and asked for 2 extra icings of which I was told I could only buy 1 due to shortage ! That had set the tone for the bad experience, the kid that served me was rude and extremely lazy , he had the I Q of mustard and the personality of a fence post ! There was another worker at the back of the store she did nothing but play on her cell phone the entire time ! When I got home to have a bon , they were the worse Cinnabon's I have ever had ! There was hardly any Cinnamon on any of the bons they were so dry obviously stale , not just made 15 minutes ago like the liar that served me had told me ! I was charged 25.60 for 9 stale bons with no Cinnamon with 1 free icing and was charged for 3 extras but only received 1, that being said I will NEVER purchase anything from that location ever again ! And for people who read this review, do NOT spend your hard earned money at this Cinnabon location ! It will be interesting to see if I hear anything from anybody at Cinnabon ? I highly doubt it !
