Culinary Perfection The care and attention that is taken to produce these cakes and coffee is nothing short of a masterclass in taste "Perfection". I had the pleasure of trying the Cherry Bakewell Muffin. A highly delicious item with fresh cherries, flavoured cream within and topping it off. Absolutely amazing combination of colour and textures. The coffee was perfect and made with care and attention. I will definitely return to try everything. Thank you!

This bakery never fails to deliver the most beautiful, delicious cakes. After many visits to Trinity for an indulgent sweet treat, I chose Cinnamon for my wedding cake. Wow, what a fantastic job Emilia did! Three scrumptious layers, exquisitely decorated, and looked just perfect on our special day. Great price too.
