This place use to be good. Gets worse and worse. When they get busy, Half the time they pull the pizza out early making it undercooked. Often they don’t have any pizza to sell or it’s one or two slices available. I eat pepperoni and I get slices like this. Is it that hard to spread out the pepperoni a little. New management sucks. Get new management. Again. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

It's either really good or a waste of money. Lots of cheese, toppings, fluffy crust, nicely cooked bottom and no raw dough. Or, the garbage I just got. Barely any cheese. Half the slice, the upper part, has no cheese or toppings. I've got pizza's from here with barely any crust - generous toppings. Highly dependent on the staff. If I see an older lady/elderly man (not old, elderly), I'm skipping. Beware of the value difference. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

First time ordering from City Pizza in Waterloo. Placed an online order, then went to pick it up. Staff was super friendly, and pizza was already ready for me. The pizza was great - lots of toppings, well spread all over, and delicious!! We will definitely order from here again in the future. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5
