Cloud Kitchen — Breakfast Boys Approved The Breakfast Boys pulled up to Cloud Kitchen and they absolutely delivered. The salmon Benedict was the star of the table. Perfectly poached eggs, like dead-center flawless, silky whites, golden yolk, no shortcuts. The salmon was on point, rich but clean, and everything came together exactly how a proper Benny should. This is the kind of breakfast that makes the whole table go quiet for a second, then everyone looks up like, “yeah this is it.” Portions hit, flavors hit, execution was locked in. Cloud Kitchen is officially on the Breakfast Boys short list. If you care about a real Benedict with a legit poach, this is the move. No notes. We’ll be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
