Dear Sir,I am very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience on this occasion.I was the duty manager on the evening of your visit, and I would like to clarify a few points regarding what happened.Firstly, I understand that your order had to be taken and amended several times to meet your requirements. I personally visited your table on more than three occasions during the evening to try to understand and resolve the issues you were experiencing.As a gesture of goodwill, I offered to replace your meal and provide you with a complimentary meal, but unfortunately, you did not wish to accept the offers we made at the time.We are aware that you have been a regular customer of ours and that, on previous occasions, you have left the restaurant happy with your experience. For this reason, we were particularly disappointed that we were unable to meet your expectations on this visit.At the end of the evening, we decided not to charge you or your partner for your meals as a gesture of goodwill and to acknowledge that we had not provided the standard of service we aim to deliver.Eddie, the owner, also approached you personally and was very willing to listen to your concerns and try to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, we felt that he was not given an opportunity to discuss the matter with you fully.Please be assured that we are always here to listen to our customers and to try our best to resolve any concerns.
