Order took an hour and a half to reach us, I tried to phone to chase the order but couldn't get through as no-one bothered to pick up the phone, so ended up going to the shop to chase the order, empty shop but no apology given, just told me that the delivery driver had just left so it arrived before I got home but fish and chips cold, the fish looked as if it had been recooked and was totally dried out and the chips were hard and cold with a lot of bruising - a complete waste of money as had to throw most of it in the bin, I will never order from this shop again, disgusting food and disgusting service. Hence no stars deserved Price per person: £20–30

Probably our worst takeaway experience. Ordered delivery for 1750 - arrived at 1630! Fortunately my wife had just got in but my dinner was spoiled by the time I got home. Food was acceptable. Couldn’t get through to the restaurant as kept flicking to a mobile. When I eventually got through, they first denied we had ordered and then told us it had been delivered. No apologies, no offer of a refund, will definitely not use them again. Avoid at all costs. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Cod Almighty?! God Almighty... that was awful!! I wish I saw the Food Hygiene Rating before ordering via JustEat. Worst meal I've ever had. Small cod was dry and tasted like leather (re-fried multiple times), the chips were not cooked and the potato was clearly old as green and black spots all over, and saturated in oil. The other items, including a microwaved beef pie, was cold in the middle. Did not finish the meal and binned the lot. Reported to JustEat and will be forwarding to Food Standards Agency. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: £10–20
