Ordered from here many times over the past years, However we placed an Order today and waited for the delivery , 1hr went by no food , I tried to call them 3 times each time ringing to voicemail. Another hour went by and still no food, I tried calling again, no answer. Eventually I got in the car and drove to the takeaway to find a group of people waiting outside the takeaway which was closed but with the lights on, eventually after a few people had given up and left , one guy knocking on the window finally got a person to appear. He wouldn’t open the door and was just signalling that they were closed as we were trying to show him the orders they made and trying to enquire about a refund, despite no one being able to hear the guy inside he still wouldn’t open the door to talk to anyone and instead took out his phone and wrote “Boss isn’t here , come back tomorrow” and that was that. No apology, nothing. Terrible service and has now lost a long term customer. I cannot recommend due to there poor customer service which reading other reviews , seems to be getting worse. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered from Panda Kitchen tonight (25/1/25) for a family of 6. They missed off a meal from the delivery. When we enquired about it they said the driver will have to complete all their deliveries before coming back to us. This took over an hour and by that time all other family members had eaten their meals. The staff even questioned us about not having the food. They never offered any kind of discount or gesture for their error. The food was not even of a good standard. Very mediocre and over priced if I’m honest. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60 Food: 2 Service: 1
