I had a really great experience at Coffee Inn. The food was honestly comforting and felt very authentic, definitely gave that “lutong bahay” vibe. You can tell the dishes were prepared with care, and the flavors were well-balanced, not overly salty or oily like some places. What stood out to me was how true they stayed to Ilonggo cuisine. The dishes had that signature mild, slightly sweet, and savory taste that’s hard to find unless it’s made by someone who really understands the culture. Everything I tried was decent in the best way, simple, satisfying, and flavorful without trying too hard. The ambiance was also nice and relaxed, nothing too fancy but clean and welcoming. It’s the kind of place you’d go to when you’re craving home-style Filipino food or want something familiar and comforting. Overall, a solid spot for Ilonggo dishes. I’d definitely come back, especially when I’m missing that authentic Western Visayas taste.
