So happy to find this gem in Bude. Lady who served us was extremely helpful and understanding with dietary requirements and what could/couldn't be done. I am vegetarian and coeliac and find it difficult to eat in some places, but this wasn't a problem here. I was able to have a vegetarian breakfast with gluten free toast and change the vege sausage to an additional egg, all for the £5 breakfast price. Other two in the party were normal eaters and demolished theirs in seconds. They said the bacon was very tasty and the sausages very nice. I loved the hash browns and mushrooms. This was all topped off with an extremely tasty americano and fabulous service. Cannot wait to visit again soon. Ate here twice last week, excellent breakfast both times, fast moving tables, so if they’re full it’s not a long wait usually, well worth a visit. The coffee was good too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really wanted to like The Coffee Pot, but our visit was disappointing. The service was incredibly scatterbrained—it was hard to tell who was coming or going, and the whole process felt disorganised and chaotic. The food didn't make up for it. The sausages were the lowest quality I've tasted, and the bacon's cooking was completely inconsistent; you never know what level of crispiness you're going to get from one day to the next. On top of that, the drinks are very expensive for what they are. Overall, we just didn't get a good vibe here. Unfortunately, we won't be rushing back. Thanks for the review. On your visit this particular chef Harvey Sargent absolutely let us down. He no longer works for us. He absolutely did not work to our standards and we’re rebuilding on the negative impact he made on us. As for the price of drinks, I feel you have not been out for coffee much… as we are exceptionally great value for money.
